Sometimes you will never know - As mentioned, I never knew what happened in this project, if it launched or not. I had my fair share of experience of this kind of situation, but the feeling that you get when you don't know if what you did really helped the client/users is sad and unfortunate.

Since this was a short-stint side project and uses a traditional waterfall method, I wasn't able to know what happened to the product after I delivered my designs. Though the client, as per my contact, loved the designs I never really know personally if it materializes or not.

Though there are already documents provided by the client I still did my own desk research to do competitive analysis. Once I had insights partnered with the client requirements, I started creating wireframes, color palettes for the brand and status, and mockups.

After that, I presented the designs to the project lead and addressed all feedback before I gave the high-fidelity prototype to be presented to the client.

My Role
Same as other project I am the only UX Designer for this project. I created wireframes, mockups, and low and high-fidelity prototypes. There where no interview sessions that happened because there was already requirements and flow that the client wants.
